Welcome to the Big Shots 2020 Tournament Registration

Big Shots has rescheduled previous events effected by COVID-19 during the months of March-June into the months of July, August, September and October. Event fees may be used for the rescheduled event in 2020 or as a credit for the Big Shots 2021 circuit season.

Steps to Register for Big Shots Tournaments:

STEPS 1-3: BIG SHOTS EVENT REGISTRATION + ROSTER

1. Create Tourney Machine Team Account (free of charge): HERE Tourney Machine will allow you to create a Coach/Team Manager Account to manage your team registration(s) and roster(s).

2. Select Event(s)/Packs, complete payment for Event(s). BIG SHOTS has a No Refund Policy

3. MANDATORY: Complete Tourney Machine Stats Roster during or after registration (more info below).

All Teams MUST Create their roster Wednesday before the EVENT in order for your players to have stats, evaluations or be considered for All-Star Team & MVP. 
Players cannot be added to the roster once the event has begun.
 
Roster Requirements:
First & Last Name, Jersey Number, Graduation Year, Height, Position
School, Birth Date, Phone Number, Email, Address, AAU Membership #
Print and bring a copy of the roster to check-in
**Roster Edits are Available Anytime through Existing Account**
 

STEP 4: COACHES BACKGROUND CHECK & TEAM INSURANCE

4. All Coaches on bench must have a background check through USAB,  AAU or business. If applying through AAU use Big Shots Nation AAU Club Code: WYBW8Y. Complete at bigshots.net/aau

ALL TEAMS must have team insurance prior to playing in BIG SHOTS.

STEP 5: NCAA CERTIFICATION FOR NCAA CERTIFIED EVENTS (14U - 17U only)

5. For LIVE NCAA CERTIFIED EVENTS Teams Ages 14U-17U on April 17-19, April 24-26, July 9-12, MANDATORY: 

Any coach 14U-17U that plans to sit on the bench during the Big Shots Live NCAA Certified Events in April & July is required to obtain a USA Basketball (USAB) Gold License.Coaches without the USAB Gold License will not be able to coach in the Big Shots Live NCAA Certified April & July Events. CLICK HERE to renew or obtain a USAB Gold License!

All Coaches & Athletes planning to participate in the Big Shots Live NCAA Certified must register on the NCAA BBCS system. CLICK HERE for the NCAA BBCS manual with complete step by step instructions and rules for registering your team and athletes. This process takes time so get started NOW!
