EVENT REGISTRATION

Steps 1-3: EXPOSURE REGISTER, SELECT EVENT(S) AND ROSTER

Exposure Registration Requirements

1. Create Your Team Account
  • [Click Here] to create a BIG SHOTS Exposure Team Account.
2. Select Events
  • Choose the events you wish to register for.
3. Complete Payment
  • Pay online to confirm your registration.
  • No refunds once payment is processed.
4. Submit Mandatory Exposure Roster
  • Due: 4 days before the event.

Roster Requirements

  1. Required Information for each player:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Jersey Number
    • Graduation Year
    • School
    • Date of Birth
    • Phone Number
    • Email Address
  2. Waivers:
    • Complete the Player, Coach, and Spectator Waiver.
    • Save a screenshot to your phone for proof.
  3. Bring to Check-In:
    • Print and bring a copy of your roster.
  4. Coach Bands:
    • Coaches must be listed on the roster to receive a coaches band.
    • Max 2 complimentary bands per team.
    • Additional coaches may purchase a band.
  5. Scoresheets:
    • Include Number, First Name, Last Name for all players on every scoresheet.
BIG SHOTS has the right to use any photos and video of players, coaches and spectators at the BIG SHOTS events.
 

STEP 4: COmplete BIG SHOTS WAIVER

4. WAIVER

Waiver must be complete for player, coach, spectator, media to enter the event. Waiver can be completed within Waiver Sign below. SCREENSHOT TO PHONE FOR THE EACH ENTRANCE FOR THE YEAR … NOTE: SELECT YOUR FREE BIG SHOTS RECRUITING PROFILE FROM NCSA ON THE WAIVER !!!

STEP 5. TEAM INSURANCE

5.  ALL TEAMS must have team insurance prior to playing in BIG SHOTS. If need to get team insurance click here

STEP 6: NCAA CERTIFICATION FOR NCAA CERTIFIED EVENTS (15U - 17U only)

5. MANDATORY-For LIVE NCAA CERTIFIED EVENTS Teams Ages 15U-17U:  May 17-18, July 10-13, July 17-20

MANDATORY: BENCH COACHES 15U-17U during the Big Shots Live NCAA Certified Events in May  & July are required to have a USA Basketball (USAB) Gold License. CLICK HERE to renew or obtain a USAB Gold License!

All Coaches & Athletes planning to participate in the Big Shots Live NCAA Certified must register on the NCAA BBCS system. CLICK HERE for the NCAA BBCS manual with complete step by step instructions and rules for registering your team and athletes. This process takes time so get started NOW!
