Explosive!  Quick!  Athletic!  Long!  Sadiq White is a dominant force on both ends of the floor with solid and consistent scoring production, relentless rebounding effort and intimidating shot blocking presence.  Working off the short corner and along the baseline he shows great hands and eye popping leaping ability going high above the rim to dunk lob passes with authority or off the catch while employing clever footwork and excellent body control maneuvering his way to the rim on non dunk finishes.  Excellent execution as the roll man in pick and roll action.  Sadiq moves off the ball nicely making himself a solid and reliable passing option and he knows exactly what to do with the ball on the catch making quick and decisive moves to attack the basket.  He uses the shot fake nicely around the rim, keeps a wide base and powers his way through contact to finish.  He has a nice touch to finish around the rim.  An ideal pick and pop or pick and roll candidate.  Sadiq is a threat with the jumper from all levels, especially efficient in the mid range off the catch and capable of knocking down the occasional three pointer.  Uses jabs nicely and has a strong and quick first step.  He can create offense off the bounce using between the legs and crossovers dribbles, long strides and ample strength to bully his way to the rim.  Sadiq uses spin moves to create an angle off contact and has a very good touch using the glass for finishes.  He can back his man down and score over his left shoulder with a very efficient jump hook.  A prolific transition scorer thanks to the great speed with which he runs the floor, his solid hands and finishing skills.  His end to end quickness and the fluidity with which he runs the floor is really impressive.  He is ridiculously quick off his feet and explosive!  Sadiq plays with great energy and gobbles up rebounds at a high rate.  He does a great job pounding the offensive glass; his length, timing, leaping ability and deft finishing touch allows him to turn misses into points for his team and he frequently rebounds well outside his area.  Defensively Sadiq has the length and quickness to cover a lot of ground allowing him to rotate quickly and provide help.  His physical tools including a mammoth wingspan and relentless effort also allows him to step away from the basket to block and contest shots.  He’s athletic enough to also sprint down the floor for chase down blocks.  Sadiq averages better than 3 blocked shots per game!  One of the nations most gifted athletes and most talented players Sadiq is attracting attention from a number of high major programs.  NC State, Florida State, Ohio, Arkansas and Syracuse have been in attendance to see him most recently.  Sadiq currently holds offers from Florida, Cincinnati, Alabama, Florida State, Chicago State, Illinois, South Carolina, Syracuse, Texas, Georgetown and Ohio State  among many others on a list that is growing by the day.  Among the top players nationally in the 2025 class Sadiq is destined to finish the season vying for the top ranking!  He’s averaging over 17 points and almost 10 rebounds per contest as his game continies to evolve to the point he can impact in every phase!  Sadiq helped lead Myers Park HS to the 2023 North Carolina 4A state title.
