Big Shots Southeast Tip Off Standouts

Jullian Mack shined at Southeast Tip Off averaging 29 ppg.

Rock Hill, SC - Southeast Tip Off was a great way to kick off the AAU season, the event was sold out with 145 teams with tons of talent. Here are the top 20 standouts of the event: 

1. Jullian Mack 2024 6’2 CG (Grindhouse Lakers) 

Jullian Mack had the hot hand this weekend at Big Shots Southeast Tip off, He led the whole tournament in total points with 87 points and in ppg, finishing with 29 ppg. Mack had a 42-point performance on day 2 in a win over Telemark Sports Academy Red 76-72. 

2. AJ Gilespie 2026 6’4 PG (Durham Hurricanes) 

AJ Gilespie put the 15u division on notice this weekend. With Gilespie IQ and scoring Durham Hurricanes are going to win many games this summer. The 6’4 PG averaged 20.6 ppg, including a 21-point game in the 15u Blue Division championship, where he was crowned tournament MVP. 

3. James Wood 2025 6’2 G (Team Hope Gripper) 

James Wood led his team to a 4-0 record on the weekend. The 6’2 Guard was on fire in the 16u Orange division championship earning him the tournament MVP, as Team Hope Gripper defeated Riptide 70-66, Wood finished up on the weekend averaging 19 ppg. 

4. Colin Brown 2025 6’3 PG (Big Shots Tri Cities Gemmell) 

Colin Brown led the 16u Orange Division with 27.3 ppg, Brown was scoring with ease including a 37-point game against Team Hustle and a 31-point performance against Durham Hurricanes. He led his team to a 3-1 record, including the 16u Orange Division Silver Championship. 

5. Travon Walker 2026 6’3 G (Carolina Grizzlies) 

Travon Walker was electric at Big Shots Southeast Tip Off, he helped his team in many ways, leading them to a 2-1 record on the weekend. Walker finished up averaging 18.3 ppg for the Carolina Grizzlies. 

6. Elijah Mitchell 2023 6’4 CG (Big Shots Elite VA Nets)

Elijah Mitchell brought tons of energy to his team this past weekend. He was a great leader and helped his team to a 2-1 record including a 23-point performance on day 2 against Anthony Morrow Elite. Mitchell ended up averaging 15.7 ppg on the weekend. 

7. Quh Webb 2026 6’1 G (Next Level SC) 

Quh Webb led Next Level SC to a perfect 4-0 record on the weekend, including the 15u Orange division championship. Next Level defeated Big Shots Elite SC 72-54 in the championship. Webb finished with 16 points in the championship game and was crowned the tournament MVP. 

8. Caleb Jenkins 2024 5’5 G (Carolina Pressure) 

Caleb Jenkins played with toughness all weekend leading his team to a championship in the 17u Orange division. Jenkins took control of the championship game making plays on both ends, earning himself the tournament MVP of the 17u Orange division. 

9. Isaiah Otyaluk 2024 6’7 SF (NGNG) 

Isaiah Otylauk always finds ways to score, he had a 31-point performance on day 3 against Carolina Shockers winning that game 76-67. He also had 22 on day 2. Otylauk ended up averaging 20.3 ppg. 

10. Will Stevens 2026 6’6 W (Riptide)

Will Stevens had a solid weekend for the Riptides, he led his team to a 3-1 record and to the championship game where they ended up losing to Team Hope Gripper. Stevens played great in the championship game, he made great plays for his team and finished with 25 points. He ended up averaging 16.3 ppg on the weekend. 

11. Ty Kennedy 2026 5’5 SG (South Carolina Elite Family)

Ty Kennedy was scoring in all different types of ways this past weekend; he was lighting it up. He had 37 points on day 2 against Big Shots Select Tri Cities and had 25 points on day 3 against 904 Elite. Kennedy ended up averaging 26.3 ppg and with 71 total points. 

12. Mandon Seapoe 2023 6’0 PG (Jax Kingman)

Mandon Seapoe led the 17u Blue division in scoring this past weekend, finishing with 18.3 ppg and 55 total points. Seapoe helped his team win the championship in the division, where he had 17 points. 

13. Sean Streeter 2023 6’3 SG (Elite Game)

Sean Streeter caught on fire this past weekend at Big Shots Southeast Tip Off, he had a 32-point performance and a 26-point performance for Elite Game. He finished the weekend off by averaging 23.7 ppg in the 17u Orange division. 

14. Ean Hayes 2028 6’1 G (Big Shots Elite TriCities)

Ean Hayes played smoothed all weekend at Southeast Tip off, getting his team to a perfect record 4-0, winning the 13u division championship. Hayes had a 22 and 21 point performance. Including playing a great game in the championship, earning him the tournament MVP. He ended the weekend by averaging 18.7 ppg. 

15. Darius Carr 2024 6’7 PF (Big Shots SC Premier) 

Darius Carr was a top big this past weekend at Southeast Tip Off, played aggressive in the paint and also helped his team on defense. Carr finished the weekend averaging 12.8 ppg including a 19-point performance. 

16. Lawrence Cole 2023 6’3 CG (Big Shots Elite VA Nets) 

Lawrence Cole played the PG position really well at Southeast Tip Off, by taking control of the game and putting his team in a good position to win games. He had a 20 point performance on day 2 against Anthony Morrow Elite. He averaged 15 ppg on the weekend. 

17. Bryan Falcone 2023 6’0 G (Jax Kingsman)

Bryan Falcone shined in the 17u Blue Division Championship game scoring a game high 19 points. Falcone finished out the weekend averaging 11 ppg and helping his team go undefeated. 

18. Cedric Schofield 2025 6’7 F (Big Shots Elite SC Select) 

Cedric Schofield was a difference maker on defense for Big Shots Elite SC, he was blocking shots and getting steals for his team. Schofield averaged 13 ppg on the weekend. 

19. Rashad McCormick 2023 6’7 F (PSB Elite) 

Rashad McCormick led his team in scoring at Southeast Tip off. He was also the leader of his team, making smart choices and great plays. McCormick had a 24-point performance in a 72-61 win against Carolina Shockers. He averaged 17.3 ppg. 

20. Armani Henderson 2024 6’1 G (Anthony Morrow Elite) 

Armani Henderson made big plays for his team, including a 19-point performance against Big Shots Elite VA Nets. Henderson 14.7 ppg on the weekend.
