RECAP: Big Shots Southeast Tip Off 11U Division All Stars

SC Takeover sweep the 11 and 12U division as the 11U team wins the division title.

Rock Hill, SC- Big Shots Southeast Tip Off was a big time event to start things off in the Carolinas. This event was held at the amazing 9 court facility, Rock Hill Sports & Events Center and was sold out with over 160 teams. Both Boys & Girls teams were in attendance competing at the highest level. High major talent including nationally ranked players were on display all weekend as top teams battled it out. The Southeast Tip Off has blossomed to be one of the premier events to start of the season. Scouts filled the facility evaluating talent, looking for the next best prospect to make a name for himself. Teams from a number of states traveled across the east coast. CHAMPS: SC Takeover

The SC Takeover program came to the Southeast Tip Off with one mission in mind and it was to sweep not one but two divisions. SC Takeover did not have an easy path to the championship as they had two one possession games back to back in the semi's and championship round. In the title game SC Takeover vs. 865 Elite was a battle, having to be decided by only 2 points. Jayden Lewis scored 13 points in the title game to help lead his team to a 2 point victory, securing the 11U title. Kain Lewis was named MVP of the division as he led SC Takeover in scoring averaging over 11 points a game.
