Virginia Beach, VA- Big Shots Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Tip Off was the kick start for Big Shots and the AAU season. The Virginia Beach Tip Off was held at the top of the line 12 court Virginia Beach Sports Center. This event was special and a perfect one to start the season with tons of nail bitters. Countless games went down to the wire and were decided by one final possession. There was a lot of high level talent spread across all divisions and they all competed to be the last team standing. CHAMPS: Vizion Black

Vizion Black came out firing at Big Shots Virginia Beach Tip Off and it helped push them all the way to the 16U title game. In the end Vizion Black came out on top winning the championship. Aiden Yates was the hot hand for Vizion leading the team in scoring every step of the way. Yates the 6'4 F is a lefty with a pure stroke. He averaged over 16 ppg and was very effective on the offensive end. One thing that stood out about Yates game was his ability to read the defense and use his shot to open up driving lanes. Yates has a resemblance of an old school lefty game and it is super effective. The 2024 Prospect is looking to explode this summer gearing up into his junior year.
