RECAP: Big Shots Prep Nationals Post Grad Gold All Stars

Central Pointe Blue goes 4-0 on the weekend to take home the title in the Post Grad Gold division.

Rock Hill, SC- Big Shots Prep Nationals was the last high school and post grad event of the year for Big Shots and it was the biggest high school event on the east coast. Prep Nationals was held at the amazing 9 court facility, Rock Hill Sports & Events Center. High major talent was on display all weekend as top teams battled it out. This event was sold out with 96 teams, and over 1,000 players. The facility was filled all three days with college coaches from every division, JUCO all the way to high major Division 1’s. Teams the following states and countries were in attendance: NC,SC,TX,FL,VA,MD,PA,OH,NY,NJ,WV,AL,TN,GA,CAN & EUR . Take a look below at the All Star Selection.

CHAMPS: Central Pointe Blue

Central Pointe Blue captured the title in the post grad gold championship after defeating The Piney Woods School in a battle. Josh Adamsel led the way for Central Pointe the entire way and was crucial down the stretch. Adamsel was named MVP of the entire division for his standout guard play. The 6'2 guard came up big, hitting crunch time 3's and attacking the basket with force. He was the teams leading scorer 3 out of 4 games and led the team in total points. It was only fitting that he was named MVP. Central Pointe had a number of players make the 1st and 2nd team All Star list. Along with Adamsel, David Hill who hit a game winning floater in the semi's was named to the 1st team as well as Mehki Mcintyre. Stewart Clough Jr was named 2nd team for his huge contributions on their way to capture the title.
