Hampton, VA- Big Shots Next Virginia Summer Showdown was another standout event held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. Some of the top teams were in attendance, filled with high level talent & breakout performers .

The 13U Division Championship went to Team Push 13's squad with a 47-39 victory over VA Havoc on Title Sunday at the Big Shots Next Virginia Summer Showdown. Quali Price was named the InStat MVP after putting up 14 points in the title game while showing off his range on the perimeter as well.

Shimere Garris was another top performer at the Big Shots Next Virginia Summer Showdown for GBBA Next-Up Select 2026. He finished atop the 13U Division in total points (70) and scoring average (23.3 points per game) while showing off his ability to make plays with the ball in his hands. He put up 25 points against Team Loaded Red Storm though it came in a 5-point defeat. He's a name to know in NC's 2026 class.
