Myrtle Beach, NC-  Big Shots Myrtle Beach Live 2 was another standout event to tip off the Live Period. It was held at the Myrtle Beach Sports Complex, and it was filled with elite talent & some of the top teams. The gym was full with college coaches looking at some of the nation’s best & to find their next prospect.

Quinn Anvils & Big Shots Elite VA Nets battled it out for the championship in the 16U Orange Division. Both teams were name Co-Champions in the division. June Waller & Zee McCown were both elite in the title game, June scored 17 while Zee finished with 19. Waller and McCown were named Co-MVP in the title game. Both guards play at a high level, they can score it, handle the ball, and play defense. McCown who plays for Quinn Anvils has been on a tear offensively. He led the entire division in scoring with 25ppg. The 5'10 guard is in the class of 2023 and can flat out shoot it. He has no range & had back to back games with 34 and 28 points. McCown is a name to look at in the class of 2023.

June Waller who plays for Big Shots Elite VA Nets is an under looked recruit in the class of 2024. No moment is too big for Waller and he gives his team whatever is needed. He scored the ball at an elite level at Big Shots Myrtle Live 2, averaging over 18 ppg. He has a tight handle and can get to his spots at will.
