Rocky Mount, NC-  Big Shots North Carolina Jam was another standout event held at the Rocky Mount Event Center. This event continues to have elite level talent & sleepers due for a breakout performance.

Strong Center 2023 Powered By Big Shots took home the 16U title behind the play of Instat MVP Jake Hart. Jake Hart was elite for Strong Center in the title game. He was efficient on both ends off the floor, doing everything from dishing out assists to playing aggressive defense. This marks the 3rd championship for Strong Center this season and back to back at the Rocky Mount Event Center. They had a handful of key guys help make this championship run as Jessie Mitchell , Aden Taylor, & Connor Higginbotham were also named all stars in the division. Jessie Mitchell led the entire division in scoring with 20.3 PPG. He is a strong, physical guard with a non stop motor and can score it on all 3 levels. The 6'4 guard in the class of 2023 is very fundamentally sound and has been rising his stock this summer. 

Another Standout in the 16U division was CJ McPherson of Team Loaded 757 Lusk. McPherson was Loaded's number one option all weekend. His dominance on both ends of the floor helped lead Team Loaded to the championship game. McPherson Is an elite scoring guard in the class of 2023.
