Philadelphia, PA- Each year many of the top teams throughout the state of Pennsylvania and the northeast region battle it out at Big Shots Philly Final. This year's event sold out with over 110 teams & was held at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.
Bryce Clark led Philly Triple Threat to a 51-38 win over Buckets Orange in the 12U title game. Clark came up big for Triple Threat every step of the way by leading the team in scoring in all 4 contests. In the biggest game of the weekend he had his highest scoring game with 21 points. His play over the weekend showed everyone why he had the second highest scoring average at 14.8.
Another standout in the division was Derrick Morton-Rivera, and it was evident all weekend as he scored almost effortlessly. Derrick led the whole division in scoring by almost 10 points. He scored over 24 points in 3 of his 4 games and ended the weekend averaging 24.3 PPG. His play was show stopping, but Derrick and BW Elite ultimately lost in the semifinals to Philly Triple Threat.
