Rocky Mount, NC- Big Shots North Carolina Memorial Classic was another standout event. This event continues to have elite level talent full of sleepers that have standout performances.
Team Trezz captured the 12U Championship behind strong performances from Amere Hall & Evan Gattis. Hall was named the most outstanding player for his performance with a game high 19 points. Gattis was not far behind and ended the game with 16. Combined the two made up 35 of the teams 67 points. The dominant back court of Team Trezz was ultimately to much for 7th Nation Warriors in the end.
Another outstanding performer in the division was 7th Nation Warriors Kannon Mcbride. Mcbride seemed to cause every team he faced problems as he finished the weekend leading all players in scoring. Kannon started off the weekend with a bang as he dropped 27 points in game 1. He continued his hot streak with 2 more consecutive games with 20 or more points bringing his weekends average to 20.3 PPG. He helped bring his team all the way to the championship game but in the end it was Team Trezz that came out on top.
