1. Terquavion Smith | 6'3 | Farmville Central

Terquavion Smith is a volume scorer that's shown he can do whatever it takes to win. He has won back-to-back state titles with Farmville Central alongside Justin Wright (NC Central). He can handle the point, play without the ball and defend at a high level. He's got nice length and athleticism as well and should be a solid addition at NC State.

2. D'Marco Dunn | 6'4 | Westover

D'Marco Dunn is one of the best all-around prospects in the 2021 class. He knows when to score and when to do other things. He has a nice feel for creating his own pace and is unpredictable with the ball in his hands. He's also quite the underrated rebounder. He's headed to UNC.

3. PJ Edwards | 6'5 | Liberty Heights Institute

PJ Edwards is a do-it-all combo guard that really gets after it on the defensive end and makes his presence felt. He likes to attack off the bounce on offense and hasn't had to show off his shooting much given his ability to break down defenders. He's headed to UCF where he should make an impact right away in their backcourt.

4. Daylen Berry | 6'4 | Panther Creek

Daylen Berry is quite the combo guard for Panther Creek. He put up 17.9 points, 5.1 rebounds, 2.2 steals and 1.7 assists per game as a junior. He has a nice feel for the game as a scorer and rebounder. He possesses good length and athleticism and an underrated defender that also blocks shots (1.5 bpg as junior). He'll be a strong addition at Charlotte.

5. Trae Benham | 6'3 | Concord First Academy

Trae Benham is a big guard prospect that scores and rebounds in bunches. He's currently averaging 22.8 points and 8.3 rebounds along with 1.8 steals per contest for Concord Academy in 2020-21. He's a three level operator that likes to get to the paint and finish strong. He's instant impact guy headed to Lipscomb in 2021-22

6. Javonte Waverly | 6'3 | Henderson Collegiate

Javonte Waverly is a highly underrecruited prospect with offers from Elon & UNC-Greensboro. He's smart with the ball in his hands and puts constant pressure on the defense coming downhill. He's also a strong defender with a solid frame. He's a player that fills up the stat sheet with ease in this class.

7. Terence Harcum Jr. | 6'1 | Granville Central

Terence Harcum Jr. is an all-around guard that put up stellar numbers as a junior. He's another statsheet stuffer in this class that put up 25.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 4.3 steals per game in 2019-20. He plays with tremendous energy on both ends and is due for a strong senior campaign. He's headed to Appalachian State.

8. Kadyn Dawkins | 5'9 | Eastern Guilford

Kadyn Dawkins is a dynamic guard prospect despite his size. He can score on all three levels with ease using his strong frame and nice burst off the bounce. He's got unlimited range but won't hesitate to breakdown defenders and get to the paint. He's due for a big senior season at Eastern Guilford. He's headed to Mars Hill after that.

9. Omarion Blount | 6'1 | Washington

Omarion Blount is another underrecruited combo guard that defends with energy and can score on all three levels. He produced 17.8 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.0 steals per game on 38 percent shooting from 3-point range in 2019-20. He's due for a strong senior year with a bigger role on varsity with the departure of Rashod Smith.

10. Jahiem Taylor | 6'2 | Princeton

Jahiem Taylor is due for a breakout senior year after a productive grassroots season. He put up 14.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 3.3 steals and 2.8 assists per contest in 2019-20 at Princeton High. He plays with a ton of energy on both ends and can guard multiple positions on the floor with his length.
