#1 Ryan Conway - 6'1 - Guard -  Dulaney

Ryan Conway is a prospect that’s built quite the name for himself at Dulaney High School in the Maryland area. He was one of the best scorers in the state in 2019-20. On Jan 14, he put up 55 points (45 in the first half) against Hereford in a 96-58 victory. He’s a prospect that can fill it up in a hurry on all three levels with one more season left of high school ball at Dulaney. He’ll be a solid addition to Seton Hall once he steps on campus as a member of their 2021 recruiting class.

#2 Jordan Hawkins - 6'4 - Guard/Wing - DeMatha

Jordan Hawkins was a solid addition to the DeMatha rotation in 2019-20, transitioning from Gaithersburg High School. He’s a 6-foot-4 guard that’s got nice length that he uses to attack the rim on the break and rebound the ball. He was the Stags biggest threat on the break with his ability to release on the wing and fly to the rim. He’ll be a breakout name to watch in the DMV area next season with offers from LSU, Clemson, Creighton, Pittsburgh, Louisville and others.

#3 Benny Williams - 6'8 - Forward - St. Andrew’s Episcopal 

Benny Williams is a name that’s been growing in the DMV area of late at St. Andrew’s Episcopal. He’s a 6-foot-8 forward prospect that can fly to the rim and finish and knock it down from deep. He’s got a nice skill set handling the ball and attacking the rim already with his size. He’s due for a strong senior season after a 24-4 season saw them with the MAC regular-season crown. He’s down to a final four schools of Miami, Maryland, Syracuse and Georgetown heading into his senior season.

#4 Quincy Allen - 6'7 - Guard/Wing - Maret

Quincy Allen is an athletic forward prospect at 6-foot-7 that can play the wing and do a little bit on the interior. Allen has seen his status grow a ton on the national level given his versatility on the wing. He can knock it down from deep on the perimeter off the bounce and off the catch. Off the bounce, he can navigate the defense for his shots in the midrange area. He holds offers from NC State, LSU, UConn, Xavier and other high major programs. He’ll be another player to keep an eye on in the MAC in 2020-21.

#5 Julian Reese Jr. - 6'9 - Forward - St. Frances

Julian Reese Jr. is a 6-foot-9 forward that’s headed to Maryland after his senior season. He’s the younger brother of Angel Reese, who also will be a Terrapin in the college soon. He put up 10.7 points and 8.0 rebounds per game in 2019-20 for St. Frances. He’s got the ability to play the 4 or 5 spot on the hardwood but he won’t hesitate to put the ball on the floor and create on the perimeter, either. He’ll be an exciting prospect to watch going forward. 

#6 Jakai Robinson - 6'4 - Wing/Forward - National Christian

Jakai Robinson is a prospect due for a strong senior campaign at National Christian Academy. He’s a 6-foot-4 wing with a strong build already that allows him to score effectively on all three levels. He does well to find ways to be effective on both ends using his strength and athleticism when he’s on the floor at all times. He’s a force shooting the 3-ball and when he gets the ball in the paint. The likes of St. John’s, Virginia Tech, Seton Hall and East Carolina are a few schools that have offered him already among others. 

#7 Erik Reynolds - 6'2 - Guard - Bullis

Erik Reynolds is a combo guard that’s created quite a tandem with himself and fellow 2021 guard Cole Hanin in the Bullis School backcourt. He led the way in the inaugural Kevin Durant MLK Classic with 20 points and 11 rebounds to take home Game MVP honors in the event back in January. He’s a prospect that does whatever is needed to get the job done on the hardwood and does well to bring others in tow with him. He holds offers from VCU, Richmond, Temple, East Carolina and others. 

#8 Kino Lilly Jr. - 5'11 - Guard - Landon

Kino Lilly Jr. is an electric 5-foot-11 guard ready to take over the reins at Landon School in 2020-21. He was a strong combination in the backcourt in 2019-20 with Canin Reynolds, who’s headed to Columbia next season. Lilly can score it on all three levels and get to the rim and finish with flare when needed as well. He’s got a smooth game that gets the job done without a whole lot of flash. He’ll be a solid addition to the Brown backcourt as a member of their 2021 recruiting class and a force to be reckoned with in the Ivy League.

#9 Jared Billups - 6'6 - Guard/Wing - McDonogh

Jared Billups has a nice frame already at his size at 6-foot-6 which allows him to bully by opposing defenders for buckets in the paint. His athleticism is on full display on the break as well as off the bounce when creating shots. He’s capable of playing either guard or forward spot on the floor, making him a versatile nightmare in the process. He’s due for a big senior season and holds offers from Bucknell, UMass-Lowell, Bryant, Mount St. Mary’s and Loyola (MD)

#10 Malik Missouri - 6'5 - Forward/Wing - The Gilman School

Malik Missouri is a forward/wing prospect at 6-foot-5 that can do a little bit of everything, depending on matchups on the floor at Gilman School. He missed a bit of the 2019-20 season due to injury, but he’ll be one to keep an eye on once things open back up after the pandemic. He’s got a long wingspan to go with his size which allows him to pressure the ball on the perimeter on defense and get to the rim on offense. He holds offers from Bryant, Loyola (MD) and St. John’s.
