Catching Up with SC 2021 SF Kameron Little

Kameron Little is an athletic wing in the SC 2021 class. His ability to compete and do all the little things that it takes to win is second to none. Little will run the floor, rebound, finish at the basket, and defend with energy and passion. He is the ultimate glue guy and will bring value to whatever team he is on by how hard he plays and his willingness to serve the team. The Legacy Early College junior currently holds an offer from Coastal Carolina and will continue to gain momentum in his recruiting process. On the Big Shots circuit, Little has been impressive and has shown people he can compete with anyone.

We had a chance to catch up with Kameron Little and hear more about his recruitment, what he is looking for in a school, and his development as a player.

Question: How has the recruiting process been and which schools are showing you the most interest?

Kameron Little: “The recruiting process has been a long journey. I have an offer from Coastal Carolina. I was recently invited to a Mercer camp and University of Dallas has been persistent.”

Question: What qualities are you looking for in your potential college coach and program?

Little: “I am looking for a program that cares about academics as well as athletics and a coach who cares about his players life after basketball.”

Question: How would you describe your game on the court?

Little: “I’m a lanky and athletic player who can get to the rim and defend.”

Question: In what areas of your game would you like to improve as you prepare for the next level?

Little: “I would like to see my jump shot improve because I’ve always been an above average shooter, but not a great one.”

Question: Who is your favorite player to study and why?

Little: “LeBron James is one of my favorite players to study because his basketball IQ is insane. He dissects the game in so many ways.”

Question: How has playing in Big Shots events helped your player development and recruitment?

Little: “Big Shots events usually bring a lot of talent and that has helped my development so far.”

We look forward to keeping up with Kameron and continuing to follow his progression as a very talented player in SC’s 2021 class.
