1. Breon Pass, 2021 Guard, Reidsville

2021 guard Breon Pass set the bar for the day in his performance for the Reidsville Rams with 50 points in a comeback victory against the Salisbury Hornets. The two-sport standout showed off his competitive nature as he willed his team to a victory after trailing by as many as 21 points throughout the game. Pass posted 32 of his 50 points in the second half, including 18 in the fourth quarter. He scored the game-winning free throws to secure a 92-90 lead then went on the other end to make the game-saving block. He was impressive throughout with his ability to make an impact on both ends.

2. Eli Ellis, 2025 Guard, Moravian Prep (Regional)

Eli Ellis was a top performer for Moravian Prep's Regional squad in their 98-62 victory over Salem Baptist Christian. Ellis was dialed in early from behind the 3-point arc and finished with 49 points along with 12 made 3-pointers despite being just in seventh grade. He set the tone in the first half with five 3-pointers then made seven more in the second half, with six coming in the fourth quarter. His hot shooting set the bar for the rest of the day in the MLK Tourney Town Showcase.

3. Kadyn Dawkins Jr., 2021 Guard, Eastern Guilford

The Eastern Guilford Wildcats fell short against the Westover Wolverines, but it wasn't due to the lack of effort from 2021 guard Kadyn Dawkins. Dawkins was lights out for the Wildcats with 33 points and eight made 3-pointers to pace his squad. He showed poise with his ability to create off the catch and off the dribble. He's a 5-foot-9 guard that should get some attention from colleges in the area.

4. Landon Sutton, 2020 Shooting Guard, High Point Christian

High Point Christian is another team that came up with a loss in the final game of the Big Shots MLK Tourney Town Showcase but unsigned senior shooting guard Landon Sutton had quite the performance. Sutton posted 28 points along with five made 3-pointers while showing off his ability to knock it down from 3 and get to the rim and finish. He's an unsigned prospect with offers from Piedmont College and WV Tech.

5. Isaiah Ray, 2021 Guard, Wesleyan Christian

Isaiah Ray was a standout performer for Wesleyan Christian in their victory over High Point Christian. Ray showed confidence moving without the ball and getting open to find his shot. He finished the game strong in the second half, scoring 16 of his 24 points in the second frame to lift the Trojans to victory. The 6-foot-5 versatile guard holds offers from Bluefield State College and Mid-Atlantic Christian University.

6.  Josh Hall, 2020 Guard, Moravian Prep (National) 

Moravian Prep's National squad got a big win over Faith Assembly with NC State-bound guard Josh Hall leading the way. Hall played in just the first half, scoring 16 points with his first eight points coming off rim-rocking dunks of different varieties. Hall showed why he's considered a top prospect in the nation with his ability to stand out as the best player on the floor right before playing another game across the state.

7. D'Marco Dunn, 2021 Wing, Westover

Westover wing D'Marco Dunn continues to turn heads in the state of North Carolina with his play. Dunn took home Game MVP honors with 27 points, 14 in the first half and 13 in the second half, to power his squad to a close win over Eastern Guilford. Whenever the Wolverines needed a bucket down the stretch, Dunn answered the call. He's a three-level scorer with length and athleticism that allows him to operate all over the floor. He holds offers from East Carolina, VCU, UC-Riverside and UTEP.

8. Jamarii Thomas, 2021 Guard, Piedmont Classical

Piedmont Classical played in two games in this year's MLK Tourney Town Showcase and one player that stood out in both games is 2021 point guard Jamarii Thomas. Thomas is an athletic scoring guard that can also make plays for others. His best asset is his ability to pressure the basketball, force turnovers and get out on the break. He put up 15 points in their first win and 12 points in their second victory. 

9. Shad Thomas, 2021 Forward, Salem Baptist Christian

2021 forward Shad Thomas stood out with his ability to get to the rim and create for himself off the bounce. Thomas showed poise with the ball in his hands and paced the Salem Baptist on offense with his play with 25 points. He had a number of big finishes at the rim and showed confidence shooting the basketball on all three levels.

10. Silas Mason, 2020 Wing, Ben L. Smith

Unsigned senior Silas Mason was a standout performer for Ben L. Smith despite the result against Piedmont Classical. Mason finished with 23 points to lead the way for Smith, showing off his shot from behind the arc and slashing ability. He got to the free-throw line quite a bit as well, going 8-of-12 from the line in the loss. He's a midmajor prospect with a number of offers from Division I schools.
