Poca's Finest, Isaac McKneely is a top prospect in West Virginia regardless of class. In talking with both former Poca greats Luke Frampton (Davidson) & Elijah Cuffee (Liberty) they both said without hesitation that McKneely is the real deal and going to be special! Isaac has become a Top 100 caliber talent nationally in 2022. Now at 6’3, he continues to grow and possesses length and advanced poise at the guard spot. A high level stroke and fluidity to his game. A triple threat, highly skilled, efficient scorer who could do it all offensively. His handles are tight for his size/length and his vertical leap is impressive now flushing with ease in the break and in traffic. He won the Slam Dunk contest by going between the legs to win it. He showed off his ability to play above the rim on drives and score on all three levels at Big Shots West Virginia Top 150 averaging of 12.0 points per contest during the showcase games while making four 3-pointers. He holds offers from Xavier, Liberty, Davidson, Marshall, Robert Morris and Stetson already while receiving interest from Ohio State, Arizona, Indiana and Baylor. Look for him to have a big sophomore campaign playing for legendary coach Allen Osborne at Poca who knows how to showcase his shooters to the fullest.

First Team

Jaidyn West, 5’11, PG, Notre Dame (WV) | WV Wildcats

The last name West in West Virginia is known for shooters and point guards. The legend, the logo Jerry West is one of the all-time greats in basketball history. In no relation, the point guard West family of Jarrod Sr & Jr. and now Jaidyn West are making their mark on the Mountain State.  Jarrod Sr. starred at WVU on a Sweet 16 team and is now coaching at Notre Dame. Jarrod Jr. was a former WV Player of the Year & state champion playing for his dad and is now entering his third year as star PG for the Herd. And now Jaidyn West is coming up the ranks as West Virginia's top point guard in 2022. Jaidyn West is an emerging point guard prospect with tons of talent to his game and a pure jumper that proved to be the best at WV Top 150. He put together an 11.0 points per game scoring average and knocked down six total 3-pointers at Big Shots West Virginia. He also won the 3-point Shootout while shooting  a perfect 10-of-10 from the floor. Coming from a basketball family, Jaidyn sees the game, thinks the game and is a play ahead with his decision making. A shot maker from all 3-levels but the third level is where he thrives in bombing threes from deep off the catch and dribble.  He excels in ball screen actions, recognizing holes to score or dish and is a tough check. Defensively, he plays low to the ground and has been taught how to apply pressure with angles to dictate the offense with his defense. He recently picked up his first offer from Youngstown State and is receiving interest from Marshall, WVU, Virginia, Liberty, Belmont and Robert Morris. Look for this Notre Dame team, led by the West coach-son duo, to make another strong push for a ring two this season. 

Hamilton Campbell, 6’0, PG, Moravian Prep (NC) | Big Shots Elite Tri-Cities

If you're open Hamilton Campbell finds you. Campbell is that extension of the coach you want from your PG spot. A true point guard with a high basketball IQ that has a knack for making the right play at all times. He stood out at Big Shots West Virginia Top 150 with his crafty ball-handling and passing ability as well as his underrated ability to knock down open 3-pointers.  He played with flash and confidence all year on the circuit earning all star accolades with Team Xplosion.  He recently transferred from Carlisle School to Moravian Prep (NC) where going up against the likes of high major 2020 PG Shaklee Moore everyday will only make him better.  Campbell is a top 10 PG in North Carolina's 2022 class that thrives with his passing and scorers around him.

Trey Martin, 6’2, SG, Boiling Springs (PA) | Team Final Red

A coach's son that trains like a veteran Division 1 athlete and we're seeing the results. Trey Martin is a strong wing combo prospect in 2022 with a high basketball IQ and work ethic that keeps his game and frame on a steady incline. Since starting on varsity since his freshman year, Trey has had the ability to use his strength and smarts to make an impact; scoring on drives, post ups, rebounding and stretching the floor with his jumper. Coming off a solid June performance at NCAA Academy in Uconn where he scored double figures in several games, Martin continued to be a top 2022 at WV Top 150. He competes at both ends of the floor, willing to guard 1-4 on the floor and crashes the glass hard. Offensively, he creates a mismatch with smaller guards and slower forwards in getting to the rim with ease and catches tough balls in traffic and finishes well through contact. He's already drawing some interesting from the likes of Navy, Marymount and UNC-Charlotte.

Kaden Warner, 6’0, PG, St. Joseph's Central Catholic (OH) | BTC Trojans 

Breakout performer at WV Top 150, Kaden Warner put on a show throughout Big Shots West Virginia Top 150 with his shifty ball-handling and shot making ability from all 3-levels. Speed kills and Warner brings that to the table off the dribble. He plays with a high motor on both ends and is quite explosive getting to the rim and finishing. He also proved to be a top shooter in camp as he knocked down seven 3-pointers and produced 18.5 points per game during the two showcase games at the event. He's receiving heavy interest from Ball State and is due to do more damage this upcoming season.  Major sleeper in Ohio's 2022 class.

Jude Wisman-Raven, 5'9, PG, University (WV) | WV Reign

Numbers don't lie and Jude Wisman-Raven is constantly putting up numbers in Big Shots and did so again at WV Top 150 scoring 23 points per game. A solid point guard prospect in the state of West Virginia class of 2022. He drained five total 3-pointers on the day. He's a smooth operator with the ball in his hands and is a guard that had a productive circuit season with WV Reign. He's blossoming to be a guard of the future at University High School only getting better going up against WV's best backcourt in Metheny and McClurg. 

Second Team

Rye Gadd, 6’1, SG, Webster County (WV) | WV Reign

Rye Gadd had a good showing at Big Shots West Virginia with his ability to handle the ball and shoot it. He's a good communicator on the floor that does well to create in space. He showed off his solid floor game during the showcase games and made three 3-pointers throughout, scoring 15 points in game two. He has a nice feel for the game and gets to the rim when needed. Coming off a consistent all star circuit year for WV Reign, look for him to make an impact at Webster County this season.

Sammy McCale, 6’1, SG, Parkersburg (WV) | Elite Sports

Sammy McCale was another outstanding shooting guard prospect at Big Shots West Virginia. He posted 16 points on three made 3-pointers to open the showcase games and finished with four total across both of them. He's a guard that knows how to get his shot in space and does well moving without the ball to get open. He'll make you pay if you don't keep a defender in front of him.

Trey Hall, 5’11, PG, Nitro (WV) | TMPW Explorers

Trey Hall was an impressive lead guard at Big Shots West Virginia Top 150. He's a confident driver with the ball in his hands that can score on all three levels.  Trey hit four 3's in game one scoring 16 points. He uses his quickness to his advantage to get to the paint and finish around the rim. He's got a nice IQ for using ball screens and reading teammates to distribute with efficiency. A standout guard on the circuit for TMPW Explorers. He can play off the ball as well, finding openings for shooting the 3-ball. A scholarship level guard coming up the ranks out of Nitro HS.

Joseph Uram, 5’10, PG, Fairmont Sr. (WV) | WV Reign

Joseph Uram was an active driving guard at Big Shots West Virginia Top 150. He can get to the rim and finish in the paint and has a nice shooting stroke from behind the arc. He scored 14 point in game one, averaged 9 ppg for the camp. He's an underrated defender as well. Uram has been a consistent all star over the years on the Big Shots Circuit with WV Reign. As he fills out at his position and gets stronger, he's a guard that can really make an impact in this class. 

Kolton Painter, 5’10, G, Nitro (WV) | WV Reign

Since a young age at Big Shots, Kolton Painter has been a standout guard on both ends of the floor and that continued at Big Shots West Virginia Top 150. On offense, he stood out with his ability to knock down outside shots and get others in a position to score. On defense, he kept up the pressure on the ball and used his awareness to force turnovers. He listens well and showed poise as a ballhandler at the event. A past all star this Top 150 season at Southeast Top 150 with Paul Biancardi. 

Julian Martin, 6’3, SF, Parkersburg (WV) | WV Reign

Julian Martin is an emerging forward prospect with tons of upside as a versatile threat. He used his size well to get rebounds in the paint when he didn't touch the ball. On defense, he made his presence felt altering shots and staying active. He put together two solid showcase games showing off what he could do. 

Jackson Sanders, 5’11, G, Lincoln County (WV) | WV Mpact

Jackson Sanders is another young guard that can score inside-out. He put up solid production during the showcase games at Big Shots West Virginia Top 150, shooting it well from behind the arc scoring 10 points game two, averaging 7 ppg for the camp. He's another guard that's filling out his frame and can be even more effective defensively as well. He along with Blankenship and Tully provide a strong backcourt for Lincoln County.
