2021 All-Stars & Standouts

MVP: William Felton - 6’8 - PF

Will Felton solidified himself as the top big man with his performance at Big Shots Raleigh. He put up 24 points per contest during the showcase games with an 18-point and 29-point performance. He dominated the paint and even made two 3-pointers during the games portion of the day. He's mobile, he runs the floor well and gets after it on both ends with his high motor. He's a high-major prospect due for a big junior season at Millbrook High School.

1st Team
Jacari Outlaw 6’5 G

Jacari Outlaw is a lengthy guard that has the ability to knock down the 3-ball and stretch the floor with his length. He can play above the rim as well. He poured in two 3-pointers and showed off his solid floor game off the dribble. He's a prospect drawing interest for D1 and D2 programs. He's another junior due to have a solid campaign at Wayne Country Day.

Jayvon Mercer - 6’5 - F

Keep an eye out for big man Jayvon Mercer to have a breakout year at East Wake High School. He's got a relentless motor in the paint and getting boards on the glass. He can attack the rim from the perimeter and stretch the defense with his ability to shoot the 3-ball. He produced 25.5 points per game during the showcase games and turned a lot of heads at Big Shots Raleigh. He's a player college coaches need to get eyes on.

Toby Harris - 6’5 - SG

Toby Harris confidence continues to grow with the ball in his hands. In his first showcase game, he put up 18 points on six made 3-pointers at Big Shots Raleigh. In the second one, he posted 32 points including the Big Shots Game-Winner from 3-point land. He's got nice length on the wing at 6-foot-5 and uses it well to get his shot off off the catch and off the dribble. He's a breakout candidate over at Durham Academy entering his junior season.

Brandon Huffstetler - 6’3 - SG

Brandon Huffstetler is a sharpshooting guard that can really fill it up from behind the arc. Huffstetler is a player that will make you pay if you leave him open and does well moving without the ball to get his shot off. He's got a high IQ and nice feel for the floor with the ball in his hands. He'll be one to watch this season at South Garner High School.

B.J. Keith - 6’0 - PG

B.J. Keith is a lightning-quick point guard that makes an impact on both ends. On offense, he can score it from all three levels. He averaged 20 points per contest and made two 3-pointers in the showcase games. On defense, he's a pest that makes things difficult for opposing backcourts. He's a guy you don't want to let get going on the fastbreak or it'll be a long day for you. Check him out at Wake Christian Academy.

2nd Team

Chris Daniels - 6’1 - G

Chris Daniels is a heady combo guard with a knack for scoring, distributing and defending the basketball. He's got a nice wingspan to complement his 6-foot-1 height. He's an unselfish guard that will pass first and score second and when he does, he'll go off like he did in his second game of the showcase with 17 points, scoring on all three levels. He also was one of the winners of the 3-point Shootout. He's another Millbrook player to keep an eye on this upcoming season.

Brady Rankin - 6’2 - SG

Brady Rankin has quietly emerged as more than a sharpshooter from deep as we approach a new high school season. He's a lot more aggressive off the dribble with the ball in his hands while still holding onto the ability to be a knockdown shooter. He made a total of seven 3-pointers through two showcase games while averaging 17.5 points per contest. He's going to make a deadly backcourt alongside 2020 point guard Sebastian Haidera.

Ben Hines - 5’11 - SG

Ben Hines was quite the sharpshooter at Big Shots Raleigh. He produced 17 points per contest during the showcase games while making five during his 20-point performance to open things up in the first game. He's crafty off the bounce and has a knack for where everybody is on the floor as well. He's a confident scorer and a solid distributor with the ball in his hands at Garner Magnet High School.

Tre Morgan - 6’7 - PF

Tre Morgan is a versatile forward prospect that is slowly figuring out how to play with a motor. He's getting up and down the floor better and can play inside and out with his ability to knock down 3-pointers with efficiency. He plays above the rim in the paint and has a nice feel on the block for how to maneuver around the defense. As he learns to crash the glass and bang down low, look for him to make a bigger impact on the hardwood.

Tucker Morgan - 6’3 - SF

Tucker Morgan was quite the scorer at Big Shots Raleigh. He produced  21.5 points per contest through his two showcase games and left as one of the top scorers during the event. When he isn't scoring, he's crashing the glass for easy putbacks, something he also did well at Big Shots Raleigh. He should have a productive season at Northwood High School in 2019-20.

3rd Team

Elijah Davis - 6’4 - G/F

Elijah Davis is a fundamentally sound shooting guard and the son of UNC assistant coach Hubert Davis. He showed off his skill set as a player that communicates well, can set up teammates for scores and scores it as well from all three levels.

Alexander Greene - 6’0 - PG

Alexander Greene had a big day shooting the basketball, especially from deep, at Big Shots Raleigh. He put up 13.0 points per contest and made three 3-pointers during the showcase games and showed off his ability to distribute and score with relative ease. Carolina Forest should be solid this season with him leading the way.

Christian Williams - 6’3 - G/F

Christian Williams is a versatile prospect with his ability to handle and bang down low. He didn't hesitate to secure rebounds or hustle around the floor on defense and stood out with his ability to shoot the 3-ball. He can score on all three levels and has a big frame that he used well to make an impact on the floor. He's a West Brunswick product due for a solid high school season.

Charlie Miller - 5’11 - PG

Charlie Miller was quite the floor general at Big Shots Raleigh. He took command with his ability to score from all three levels. He made five 3-pointers during the showcase games and showed off his length despite his 5-foot-11 height. He was confident with the ball in his hands and should make waves at Lumberton High School.
