‪2020 All-Stars ‬& Standouts

‪Co-MVP: Nick Farrar -  ‬6’7 - F

NC State commit Nick Farrar showed his stuff at Big Shots Raleigh at the forward spot. He averaged 20 points per game during the showcase games and did well in the skills sessions, showing off his versatility as a three-level scorer. He's a big body in the post but has the ability to handle the ball and score from the perimeter. He's a prospect that's on the right track and headed to the next level.

‪Co-MVP: Ricky Council IV‬  - 6’6 - SG

Ricky Council IV was another top performer in the 2020 class with his ability to drive the basketball and shoot from behind the arc. He put up 22.5 points per game and made five 3-pointers across two showcase games. He's got athleticism that you can't teach and is a true competitor. Council has a lot of mid-major offers but it's only a matter of time before high-major programs come calling.

1st Team

‪Jake Bertolini Felice‬ - 6’4 - SG

The more we've seen Jake Bertolini-Felice, the more he's improved. Bertolini-Felice was a stud at the Raleigh Top 150. He can shoot the cover off the ball from anywhere on the floor. He did it breaking down the defense off the bounce and did solid off the catch. He nailed seven 3-pointers and averaged 19.5 points per game. Gettysburg College is getting a steal.

‪A.J. Thompson‬ - 6’3  - G

Typically, A.J. Thompson is his team's primary scorer but at Big Shots Raleigh, he showed off his point guard skills, handling and distributing the ball with ease with his long frame. He also took pride on defending the basketball and turned heads with his ability to force steals and push the pace on the fastbreak. He'll be one to keep eyes on at Athens Drive High School in 2019-20.

‪Myles Evans ‬- 6’9 - PF

Myles Evans is a big man that's moving better and better as he continues work back into playing shape, coming off a knee injury. He's running the floor well, rebounding well and filling it up from all over the court. He can play inside and out but prefers mostly his inside game to do damage. He put up 14.5 points per contest during the showcase games and showed off his ability to handle and pass the ball.

Kobe Jones - ‬6’3 - SG

Kobe Jones stole the show at Big Shots Raleigh with his athleticism by winning the Slam Dunk Contest. He's got crazy bounce which allowed him to jump over four players including 6-foot-9 Myles Evans to show off his burst with the ball in his hands. During the showcase games, he put up 11.5 points per contest. He's a streaky shooter and a slasher that continues to develop his game.

2nd Team

‪Colin Radcliffe ‬- 6’5  - SG

Colin Radcliffe had a productive day doing a little bit of everything at Big Shots Raleigh. He moves well for a guard his size and can shoot the 3-ball with efficiency. He can also get to the rim off the bounce and even caught a poster during the showcase games. He's a player due for a big senior season.

‪Sebastian Haidera - ‬6’0 -  PG

Sebastian Haidera is a floor general that can push the pace, distribute, get to the rim and score on all three levels. He was a top performer in Big Shots Southeast in Rock Hill and carried over into Big Shots Raleigh. He's due for a strong season at Hoggard High School and has been productive all spring, summer and into the fall.

Trey Pittman - 6’7 - SF

Trey Pittman is a versatile forward that can battle down low and stretch the floor with his ability to shoot from the perimeter. He moves well for his size at 6-foot-7 and has nice touch in the paint. He does well to work with his teammates for buckets and stood out as a vocal leader. It's only a matter of time before college coaches jump on him.

Phillip Martin Jr. - 6’2 - PG

Phillip Martin Jr. had quite the day scoring and distributing the basketball at the point guard spot. With Ricky Council IV on his squad, he made things simple for himself and got him in position to score during the showcase games. Martin can also put the ball on the floor and get to the rim and score on all three levels. He's a prospect college coaches should keep eyes on.

Bradley Williams - 5’11 - PG

Bradley Williams had quite the day at Big Shots Raleigh shooting the 3-ball. He made five 3-pointers and averaged 15.5 points per game, showing off his ability to knock it down from the perimeter. He's got a few kinks in his game to work out but as he learns to play both ends at a high level, he'll be a prospect to get a look at at Millbrook High School.

3rd Team

Darien Long - 6’2 - G

Darien Long is a combo guard that has size and strength he uses well to defend and score on all three levels. He made three 3-pointers in the showcase games portion of the day while showing off his ability to battle down low for rebounds. He can play above the rim and create off the dribble as well. He's drawn interest from NC Wesleyan, Averett and Barry University.

Jared Vazquez - 6’9 - C

Jared Vazquez made the trek all the way from Salisbury, Maryland. He stood out with his sheer size at 6-foot-9 and rebounded the ball in bunches for his squad in the showcase games. He's a prospect that could get recruited late, especially given his ability to put up double-doubles at the high school level.

D'Shun Edwards - 6'5 - G/F

D'Shun Edwards was an active force all over the floor during Big Shots Raleigh. He was active defending the post and a force on the boards, playing with tons of energy and effort. He was a player that made his presence felt time and time again during the event with his 6-foot-8 wingspan. He's a prospect to keep eyes on at North Edgecombe.
