Morning Workouts 5:30am

Hello world. This morning me and my dad went running and did a mile around a local track. We also put up 100 shots and Free throws combined. Then we do 100 push ups. My dad does more than me lol! "Talent Is Nothing Hard Work Is Everything"

Worked out hard in the gym today me and my little god brother Brian and my dad trained us hard with Spark training equipment very hard but worth it.Then we put up shots and freethrows.

What's up it's your boy Billy. It's been a while. I have been real busy in school, lots of Projects to turn into my teachers. Just to get into things. TU went 3-0 in Pool play.
