Jared Armstrong, is one of the best guards in the City Of Philadelphia. He is currently ranked as the #1 Guard In The City Of Philadelphia for the Class Of 2015. He has been living in Philadelphia for only two years, coming from a suburban part of Maryland. Jared now attents a school called Gesu School located on 17th and Thompson, where is been on honor roll since he has been there.
